Send Email with Deferred Sender

Ever wondered how awesome it would be if you could schedule an email for future sending? You might be asking, “Why would I want to schedule emails?” Well, here’s an example. You lead a busy life and don’t want to miss wishing your best friend happy birthday. With Deferred Sender, you can make sure you schedule an email to go out to your friend on their birthday.

There’s, of course, a lot more reasons to schedule email. Today, we will introduce a nice service that can help you send emails at any given time. This service works with any email service provider you use.

Deferred Sender is an easy-to-use email scheduler, compatible with any email provider. All you need is to go to Deferred Sender and enter your email address that you want to use for scheduling emails. Once you are registered, you will see the settings page where you can set your timezone and other important things required for email scheduling.

Deferred Mail

Once settings are saved according to your preference, you can log out. The best thing about Deferred Sender is that you do not need to log in to the service each time you want to schedule an email. You can simply send an email from your client such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail as normally you would do. Deferred Sender will handle the rest.

After settings are saved, all you need to do is compose a new message from your email account each time you want to schedule an email. You will need to follow a specific format during composition. The email will always go to deferred@deferredsender.com and subject line should be whatever you want the main email subject to be.

On the body of the message, the first line should be used to specify the recipients. Second line is for CC (optional) and the third line is for BCC (optional). If CC and BCC don’t exist, you will put the time in the second line. Below that should be the main message that you want to be delivered to the recipient. See the image below to get an idea how this is done.

There are rules as to how you should specify the time the mail should be delivered like at 6:45pm afternoon tomorrow. You can find out more information on how to format your message at the Help page of Deferred Sender.

Deferred Sender is a very easy-to-use and secure email scheduling service that you can use in order to not miss wishing birthdays, anniversaries or any other occasions. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
