It looks like Google has moved past the keyboard & mouse to add functionality to take input from various body movements. A user of Gmail can basically sit in front of their computer equipped with a webcam & use their body to interact with Gmail.
Using Gmail Motion is not only safe but also healthy & fun. As with any physical activity, definite precautions are recommended. First, make definite to clear the area around you.
