I researched on Edifier C3 and Sony SA-D9 / Sony SA-D10 in mind. I circled on these few choices before going to shop mainly because of the 2.1 system with decent RMS rating I needed.
In the recent past, my mother developed a strange eye problems of yellow spots and flashes in her vision field which later turned out to a gel like substance persistently disturbing her vision field. We spent money previously on many hospitals but none could offer a viable solution to her eye problem. We prayed Lord Jesus continuously to make her eye problems disappear. The Lord has been merciful on us and my mom's eye problems has been solved by a simple laser operation and the doctors said my mom has been lucky as the eye problems did not get worse. What a God we have! How merciful he is!. We did the laser operation at Aravind Eye Care which is an example of how a non-profit organization can sustain high quality, low cost, world class service and reach the poor but at the same time running profitably through a large scale operation.
