Chevrolet offers the choice of three engines with low consumption, one petrol and two diesel. The only petrol engine available at launch has a displacement of 1.8 liters and develops 141 horsepower at 6200 rpm and generates a torque of 176 Nm at 3800 rpm while the top speed of this version is 185 km / h.

In terms of emissions and fuel consumption the 1.8 liter engine is a quite a competitive one, if we consider the emissions of 172 g / km and fuel consumption of 7.3 liters per 100 km in a mixt driving mode.

The two diesel versions are both the same displacement, and the system is based on common rail injection, with the strongest of them developing 163 hp at 3800 rpm and 360Nm of torque to offer a 2000 rpm, while the second one reaches up to 130 hp at the same speed and offers 315Nm of torque at 2000 rpm.

Maximum speed to 130 hp for the diesel engine is 180 km / h, while the 163 HP is 195 km / h. Emissions and fuel consumption for both engines: 159 g / km, respectively consumption of 6 liters per 100 km.
